Average percentile scores indicate the percentage of students in that grade level who scored below on the same exam. Thus, an 80 percentile score means on average, CCS students scored better than 80% of the students of the same grade level who took the same test nationally.
AcademicsChinese Christian Schools recognizes the importance of comprehensive instruction without forgetting that its educational focus is academic. Classes are taught at various levels (e.g. Honors, College Prep, High School) to meet the developmental needs of students. Instruction involves the imparting of knowledge (facts), wisdom (application), and understanding (experience).
A perfect 100% of CCS graduates have gone on to college with 90% accepted into four-year colleges and over 85% choosing to enter these institutions.
Chinese Christian Schools students win numerous awards in academic competitions each year. The school currently has 54 AP Scholars, 94 CIF Scholar Athletes, and won 18 Scholastic Championship Team Awards in the past three years.
